Steve Boyle

Steve has worked in product development for over 20 years, always drawn to new challenges and the opportunity to solve problems through thoughtful design and engineering. He began his career in Mechanical and Systems Engineering at Bose Corporation, developing headphones and Bluetooth speakers, before shifting into Program Management. Over nearly 15 years at Bose, Steve launched dozens of products, earned multiple design and utility patents, and helped lead the company’s initial entry into medical devices with hearing aid development. After Bose, he held executive roles at several Boston-area startups, scaling engineering and program teams, building development processes and launching products across a range of industries. He also spent time in Big Tech, working on zero-to-one technology innovation at Meta and helping define robotics strategy at Amazon. Steve lives in the greater Boston area with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, when not chasing the kids around, he enjoys exploring the local food & drink scene, playing basketball and golf, and is a recovering sneakerhead (the collection has gone down a bit since it peaked near 200 pairs).
