Keshav’s professional career spans across Electronic Design Automation (EDA), AI, computer vision, and machine learning (CV/ML), with a proven track record of delivering cutting-edge medical imaging AI products, securing regulatory approvals, and generating significant revenue impact in prior roles as VP of R&D at VIDA Diagnostics and Head of R&D at Subtle Medical. His work includes the development of deep learning models for biomarker extraction, AI-based image harmonization, and automated quality control systems in clinical imaging, leading to substantial advancements in diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.

Keshav’s academic achievements include pioneering work in MRI and metabolic imaging, co-authoring a textbook on MRI physics, and filing over 15 patents. He has published extensively in top-tier journals, presented at leading conferences, and secured prestigious awards and grants for his contributions to AI and biomedical research. He holds a Ph.D. and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.Tech. in EE from IIT Madras.
